Terms & Conditions
* All bookings can be paid via cash or bank transfer, and receipts can be provided.

* All bookings are taken via telephone consultation and confirmed in writing/email.
The client will receive two booking forms: one to keep and the other to sign and return to me with the deposit(s).

*A BOOKING IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL BOOKING FORMS AND DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for forms and deposits lost in the post. Please do not hesitate to call for any questions.

* A non- refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This reserves your date and is non-refundable after a 14-day cooling-off period. This will be deducted from your total bill.
​
​* Trials are to be paid for on the day of the trial, in Cash or Bank Transfer.​
​
* Payment is required either in advance or on the day of the event.​
​
* Cancellation of the Wedding or Occasion date incurs a charge of;
50% of the total cost of all services booked for more than four weeks notice.
100% of the total cost of all services booked for less than four weeks notice.
Signing the paperwork and booking your slot is acceptance of these terms, as stated on all booking forms.​
​
* If you would prefer me NOT to use professional photographs for my website, portfolio or social media, please let me know beforehand.
​
​* Travel costs.
All prices for the trial and wedding day include travel, if the venue is within a 10-mile radius of my business address in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Bookings taken outside this area will be charged at 45p per mile and added to the total amount due on your invoice. If there are parking charges at your chosen venue, please let me know in advance. These will be an additional cost.

*In the unlikely event that I am unwell or unable to provide the services booked, I reserve the right to delegate your booking to one of my team.
