Booking services with my team or me is an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

* All bookings can be paid via cash or bank transfer, and receipts can be provided.

​

* All bookings are taken via telephone consultation and confirmed in writing/email.

The client will receive two booking forms: one to keep and the other to sign and return to me with the deposit(s).

*A BOOKING IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL BOOKING FORMS AND DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for forms and deposits lost in the post. Please do not hesitate to call for any questions.

* A non- refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This reserves your date and is non-refundable after a 14-day cooling-off period. This will be deducted from your total bill.

​* Proms, Formals and Shoots trials

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is due at the time of booking, either in cash or by bank transfer. Remainder to be paid on the day of the trial. ​

​

​* Wedding trials

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is due at the time of booking, payable in cash or by bank transfer. Remainder to be paid on the day of the trial.

​

* Full payment of the outstanding balance (including travel expenses) is required either in advance or on the day of the event.​

​

* Cancellation of the Wedding or Occasion date incurs a charge of;

50% of the total cost of all services booked for more than four weeks' notice.

100% of the total cost of all services booked for less than four weeks' notice.

Signing the paperwork and booking your slot is acceptance of these terms, as stated on all booking forms.​

​

​* Travel costs.

All prices for the trial and wedding day include travel, if the venue is within a 10-mile radius of my business address in Royal Wootton Bassett. Bookings outside this area will be charged at £20 per hour and added to the total amount due on your invoice. If there are parking charges at your chosen venue, please let me know in advance. These will be an additional cost.

* If you would prefer me NOT to use professional photographs for my website, portfolio or social media,  please let me know beforehand. 

​

*In the unlikely event that I am unwell or unable to provide the services booked, I reserve the right to delegate your booking to one of my team.
